DELIVERY AND PAYMENT
Minimum order
The minimum wholesale order in Ukraine is an order of at least 3 units. goods of any models.
Delivery at the wholesale order is free.
When ordering less than 3 units. delivery of the goods is paid by the buyer.
Delivery
Delivery is carried out by any of the transport companies listed below.
If the goods to order are available in a warehouse, sending is carried out within 1-2 days. There are no shipments on Sunday.
We cooperate with postal services and send goods around the world, namely:
Across Ukraine delivery time 1 - 3 days:

via Nova Poshta - free delivery, when ordering 3 (three) units of goods worth more than 450 UAH.

self-pickup / sending to the address of the post office chosen by the client, payment upon receipt of the goods
at the price according to postal tariffs (30 UAH - 65 UAH)

via Nova Poshta - payment by the customer according to the tariffs of the postal service upon receipt of the goods (50 UAH-65 UAH)

through UkrPoshta 10 UAH (transport costs) - payment by the customer at the rates of the postal service at
receipt of goods (25 UAH-45 UAH)

courier delivery from the seller's door to the customer's door via Nova Poshta 130 UAH (1-2 days)

Payment for the goods
Payment is made without restrictions on amounts by Privatbank.
Delivery of goods is carried out through Nova Poshta, UkrPoshta. There is an available delivery and by courier.
Please note - payment is made with instructions detailed information and no later than two days from the date
invoicing (agreement on the goods).

Payment can be made after ordering or during ordering.
If desired, send an invoice for payment according to the information provided in your order.
Return and exchange policy
If the purchase did not suit you, it can be returned or exchanged within 14 days (in Ukraine) and
30 days (for other countries).
We accept the goods back and refund the money paid for the goods.
To exchange or return, please contact us by filling out the form on the site page
by e-mail mail: galinaubereza@gmail.com or in any other way convenient for you.
Refund or exchange of goods will be made within 10 working days after receipt of the goods, if the goods were not in use and fully preserved its appearance.
Shipping cost is non-refundable.
Dear buyers!
Payment for delivery of the goods in case of return, and also payment for repeated delivery in case of an exchange (for the reasons which are not connected with lack or an error at a complete set), are carried out at your expense.
In case of incorrect ordering or defect, the cost of return delivery is paid by the Seller.
Refund policy
We offer a 30-day money back guarantee.
To get a refund, you must notify us by filling out the form on the site page,
indicating the reason.
Refunds occur only if the buyer has not violated any of the above. The application review period is 7-10 days from the date of sending the request.
The request is considered valid, if sent no later than 5-7 days after receipt of the goods by the buyer.
Your request must include :
Order number and reason for refund.
